RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumption Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of calendar from the date of delivery of the purchased item. In order to make use of this right, Customer must send a simple e-mail to info@vitalake.com within the terms indicated, indicating your details, namely Name, Surname, Address, Order Number ‘original order, phone, product description, IBAN code and account holder where you are asked to make a refund for the refund (see e-mail model below). As soon as it is sent by LC Cosmetics, the Customer will have to send the product that he intends to return, at his own expense and with a courier of his choice, including in the shipment a letter with his / her data communicated by e-mail (see model lower). The product must be delivered to LC Cosmetics within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was notified. After receiving the product, LC Cosmetics will proceed by bank transfer to the refund of the price paid for the product (s) for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, within 14 calendar days of the day on which it was notified the decision of the withdrawal, provided that the goods subject to the withdrawal have reached the company, or have been provided with unequivocal proof of the delivery by courier. The customer will be held responsible, and therefore irrecoverable, for the diminution of the value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than the one strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the good. For products for personal use, for hygienic and sanitary purposes, products that have been used can not be returned. All risks associated with the transport of the product made are the responsibility of the Customer. To help the customer exercise the right of withdrawal, here is an example of e-mail communication, which should also be included in the package with which the product is shipped: Subject: notice given Order number: (indicate the order number (indicate the name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail) Product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised: (indicate brand, name and product format and product code as IBAN code: (indicate the IBAN number of the current account from which you will receive the repayment credit) Current Account Holder: (Please indicate the bank account holder where you would like to receive the bank account, accreditation of the refund).
